Display rules not fully working

Our site is https not http. I can’t set the page as an exclude because the variables at the end.
I tried doing it as a wildcard (https://www.tumbleweedhouses.com/tiny-house-rv-loans/*) in the do not show these URLS, however, when I hit update, it strips the https and changes is blocked URL as (https://www.tumbleweedhouses.com/tiny-house-rv-loans/*)
