Display reviews on a third party site

    Hi

    Is it possible or planned to easily let people embed review results on their own site for their company?

    If we operate a site where people can review companies.

    I saw an addon “Review Sharing” was planned, is this what this will do?

    The “Review Sharing” add-on will allow people to share links to reviews similar to the way it is done on Tripadvisor.

    The WordPress REST API integration which is planned for Site Reviews will allow you to access your review data on a third-party site using API calls.

    If you need to embed your reviews on another site without the REST API, you probably would need to create a special page template that removes everything on your page except for the Site Reviews shortcode (i.e. page header/footer/etc.) and then embed the URL to that page using an iframe.

    Hmm okay that could work.

    Is it possible to set the Post ID with the shortcode? So it loads the content for a specific post ID that is passed in the shortcode attribute? As opposed to the page ID it is loaded on. So we could then put the ID number in the URL for this page and then pass this to the Shortcode.
