    Hi there ??

It seems like you have a valid subscription with us. If so, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.

I am having the same issue. I contacted support and have not heard back. Any fix on this yet?

    Hey @triros

To check if your message got through, could you share your WooCommerce.com username that you used when you purchased the extension? We can then look it up for you.

    Hey @senff @gabrielfuentes ,

The plugin support team (Addify) spent some time looking at it but claim they were unable to fix. (claim was webhooks to redirect after registration were being overwritten by a plugin or theme – using only WC plugins and Divi so don’t see how that can happen)

This is causing a huge roadblock in my project and the plugin is pretty integral to the overall function.

Any idea where to go from here?

    Hey @triros

It’s possible that this may be caused due to a theme conflict, or possibly any third-party plugin. I’d recommend the conflict-testing steps here to isolate the source of the issue:?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to do the following:

    – Temporarily switch your theme back to a default?theme, such as Storefront.
    – Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Custom User Registration Fields for Woocommerce.
    – Clear your browser cache, and the cache on your site if you have one there.
    – Place a test order to see if the issue has been resolved.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until the problem appears again. This will then give you an idea about which plugin is the one causing the conflict.

If the issue still appears when your site is on a default theme, and WooCommerce and Custom User Registration Fields for Woocommerce are the only plugins active, let us know.

Hi @senff Did as you said and still encountering same issue with the plugin on default theme with only WC and Custom User Registration Fields active.

    Please advise, much appreciated.

    Hey @triros

Can you contact us via our support form?

    Please make sure you select “Core WooCommerce plugin” as an option (not Custom User Registration Fields or it will be sent to Addify) and include;

    – details about what Addify told you exactly
    – a link to to this forum thread

We can then look into it a bit more.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
