Display products with >10% discount

I dont have a screenshot, i just want to display all the products that are on sale and have discount more than 10%.

For example if i have a pair of shoes from 100€ to 95€ dont show them, but from 100€ to 89€ to show them.

Anyhow, you have to change the price from the product in the dashboard, you can’t do it through the page builder.
