We run an online deli with Woocommerce. When out kitchen staff login to check orders for the day they are getting confused with between the processing, on-hold, completed orders etc. The default shows ALL ORDERS. How can I change the default order page in Woocommerce to show only Processing Orders?

  • Hi @spicyspike

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that it is confusing for your kitchen staff to check orders on your site as all orders are being shown under WooCommerce > Orders, correct? Hence, you would like to know how can they filter these records to only show the Processing ones, right?

Unfortunately, WooCommerce doesn’t provide a built-in feature to set the Processing orders as the default view. However, your kitchen staff can easily filter the orders by clicking the Processing link each time they log in – WooCommerce > Orders > Processing.

If you need a more permanent solution, you might consider hiring a developer to customize this feature for you, or you can use a plugin that offers this functionality.

If you have any other questions related to development or custom coding, don’t hesitate to reach out to some of the great resources we have available for support. The WooCommerce community is filled with talented open-source developers, and many of them are active on the channels listed below:

    Hope this helps!
