Display problems pop up

Love the plugin and the support is always great !

I’m dealing with a display problem for my pop-up.
The preview on the plugin is exactly the same as this page test : https://www.sportetassocies.fr/test-for-hustle/

However, on my homepage and category page, the display is absolutely not the same.
As you can see : https://www.sportetassocies.fr/category/culture/
(i switched it off on my homepage)

Can you help me to fix it ?
