    Hello,
A few days ago I installed your plugin and created my first campaign, but it does not display correctly … The campaigns appear in giant boxes and the text and buttons appears out of the boxes ….

I would like to be able to send you an image, since the website is under construction and I cannot send you the link.

    Thank you!

  • Hi @gseurope,

It sounds like this could be a theme issue. Could you get in touch with us via https://www.wpcharitable.com/support/?

Another thing to check is if you’re using any of the shortcodes, like the [campaigns] shortcode, double-check that there are no <code></code> or <pre></pre> tags around them. If there are, try removing those.

    Cheers,
    Eric

    Hi,

    It works perfect now!
    Thanks!

Great, glad we were able to help you resolve that @gseurope!

If you get a chance, could you write a short review about your experience with Charitable?

    Cheers,
    Eric

@ericdaams Don’t put ?filter=5 in your review links, it hides the non-5 star reviews from the person who uses that link and that’s not being completely honest. That’s not necessary as the stars default to 5 for all new reviews. The reviewer would manually need to change it to something other than 5 if they wanted to.

I’ve removed that part and now they’ll see the actual reviews and not just the 5 star ones.

Noted @jdembowski —?sorry about that! I’d just grabbed the link from the reviews page I was on.

    Cheers,
    Eric

I just fixed my display issue too thanks to this post. I had added the shortcode in the classic editor in a page but only when I switched to text mode did I see it had added <pre> before and after the code. Removing that fixed it. Thanks!
