Display problem

Yes it did. I recognize that there are other things not working like the accordions in “Club -> Vereinsvorstand” for example or the poll widget. It seems to be a jQuery problem …

I have no idea how to fix that …

I see that you are using jquery for different functions on the site. I recommend you deactivate all plugins, then activate the slideshow plugin alone and test the accordions function you mention. Then activate other plugins, but test after each activation if the slideshow works

Thanx for the advice. I did it and see that it is the slder plugin that causes all the probems to the other plugins or rather the jQuery troubles.

I deactivated and even deleted your plugin and reinstalled it but the result is always the same …

no, the plugin doesn’t even work without all other plugins deactivated. If it solves the problem, I can give you acess to our admin panel.

I guess the problem exists since the wordpress was updated to version 4.3.1 …

Hmm, I also use WordPress 4.3.1 and the slideshows work perfectly fine in different locations using links, images and posts as sources.

Is something displayed and only the cycling does not work? Did you save the widget settings correctly? Correct category corresponding to your source? Do you use any other plugins that use jQuery? Do you see scroll bars in the slideshow?

If you see scroll bars some other code interferes with the plugin. In this case deactivate all plugins and only activate sponsors slideshow widget. If it works, activate other plugins one-by-one and always check in-between that the slideshow still works.
