Display posts on different divs on homepage

  • Hey everyone,

    I am going to make a theme, but I have one problem.

    I want to display 1-7 of my last posts on the top of my homepage and I want 8-20 of my last posts to display on the bottom of my homepage.

    How am I going to do that?
