Display posts no longer refreshing on mobile

Hello,

This has been an excellent plugin, thank you. For some reason after many years of use, starting yesterday the plugin no longer seems to register the any changes primarily on mobile browsers. If I delete the plugin shortcode on the homepage https://merionwest.com, it disappears from my desktop browsers as expected but not from any mobile browser. If a new post is created, it appears on desktop but not on mobile. I have tried clearing out all caches on all devices and at the WP backend to no avail. I also tried deactivating and activating the plugin, but the problem persists. Any advice you could provide would be tremendously helpful since this remains very puzzling to me, even after hours of debugging.
