Display Portfolio detail in lightbox

I have install visual portfolio in my wordpress site. I have details of all projects which i want to show in my portfolio. I want to display that description in lightbox instead of redirecting to its detail page. can you please tell me how can i do that.
or else please suggest me other plugin which gives “Portfolio detail in lightbox with pagination”
