Display popup once per user not working

    I am currently working on a website, had tried to install the pop-up once per user. But when installed it always shows on the user on the home page (pop-up is only enabled on the home page)

    We checked and noticed that you are using a Cache plugin.

    The fact that the popup is constantly opened on your website may come from the generated cache.?
    Please clear all the caches and make sure the cache is excluded on the page, where the given popup is enabled.

    Then, check the case again and get back to us with an outcome.
