    Hi,

Could you pleas make sure you have selected the Photos to be shown from the “Content type:” in the feed settings.

If you have checked that then the photos should also be included in the posts. If they are not there is most probably some conflict related to the plugin and the theme.

Could you please, try to change the theme to see whether the issue will occur again?

    Thanks. Have a nice day.

The thing is that this checkbox is checked and photos were displayed there but somehow they disappeared. I wonder if an installation of another plugins could have caused that?

I will try to disable all plugins and activate the feed one only.

    Thank you

    Hi,

Which plugin’s did you disable in order for this to work ?

I have the same issue: https://www.birthdaycakeshop.co.uk/ assuming images should be shown on the free version ??

@addbrads I have disabled all plugins at once and then enabled one by one checking and refreshing the website at the same time if this reflects on pics shown in facebook feed. I think it was caused by one of java optimizer/ cache cleaners. Not sure but I deleted it so I just do not remember.

    Hi,

I’ve sorted it thanx. It was the Autoptimize plugin setting:

It was the Autoptimize plugin setting: Optimise JavaScript Code?

If you want you could keep AO JS optimization active and fix the problem by lookin at the browser console for JS errors and excluding the correct JS from optimization. There’s more info on how to troubleshoot in AO’s FAQ.
