Display other information like Postcode

    Hey there,

    first of all – thank you for your AMAZING plugin! It has worked perfectly and is helping me a lot. Thank you for that!!

    I just have one small question and that is – is it possible to display the postcode in the overview of abandoned carts? Right now, I can see ID, Name, E-Mail, Phone, Location, Cart contents, Cart total and Time.

    Is there a chance to maybe swap Location with Postcode?

    Thank you for your feedback ?? Really happy to hear that we are able to help your business.
    Please allow me to share a bit of a history here. Initially, when we released this product we didn’t record location at all to make sure we captured as little personal data as possible. Later along the way we got a request to include at least some basic info on the customer’s locations so we added Location (Country and City).

    How are you planning on using these Postcodes if they would be displayed there?

    Thank you for your super fast reply (even on a saturday – kudos!)

    Since I have a small business, I only have a limited shipping area. However, if there I can see a trend that more people from a specific area want to buy something but then see that it is not delivered to their home, I might want to expand the postcode area.

    So, I don’t really have bad intentions or whatsoever, but to have an overview of possible postcodes in order to improve the online shop by extending the area.

    If you have other questions, feel free to ask! I’d be grateful if there was a chance to display it!

    We have got some good news, the requested Postcode field has now been added to the abandoned cart location column output in case the customer has provided it.

    Feel free to update to the latest version.
