Display order, and remove Read more…

For moving the image above the title, I think it’d require the Media Tag Premium option enabled, and then use the Mailchimp RSSITEM:IMAGE tag to display it.

For removing the Read More, that’s separate from the plugin, but here’s code I found to customize it:

function custom_excerpt_more_link($more){
  return '';
}

add_filter('excerpt_more', 'custom_excerpt_more_link');

That code usually gets added to the top of the theme’s functions.php file, or use this plugin instead (which is easier and probably safer than editing theme files directly):
