• Hello,
    I have:
    1. Created a Form.
    2. Disabled the fields.

However, the Submit button and dotted line separator displays adjacent the Vcita schedule button.

I would like to disable/hide the Submit button and dotted line separator so only the VCita button displays.
    How would I achieve this?
    Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I posted this in the FSCF forum, so I’m unsure if this is an issue you can address.

    Thank you for clarifying.
We’ll leave it FS to answer then.

    Kind regards,

@realnew, it might not be easy to hide the submit button. After all this is a contact form and the submit button is part of the form.

can you share your URL with the form so that I can to see if it can be done.

    Thank you

@mbrsolution, I understand your point; however, as all of the fields of this form can be disabled or hidden, it seemed reasonable to that the submit button & form styling could be as well.

@vcita, am I correct that you offer a solution whereby a “Schedule”/Make an Appointment” button can be displayed on the page, perhaps in/as a widget?

    Thank you both.

Update: Actually, where I’d like the VCita button is on the home page.
    Same domain: https://imaginebaltimore.com

Thank you for providing more information. This will help the plugin developer investigate further your issue/request.

    Kind regards
