Display only upcoming meetings

  • Wenn I list the Zoom meetings mit this shortcode,
    [zoom_list_meetings per_page=”10″ category=””] I get all meetings, also old /past meeting. Is there a way to list only upcoming meetings? Old meetings doesn′t make any sence.

  • This would be valuable to me as well. If the plugin would take down past meetings after complete, it would certainly be helpful.

    Hey, I created categories “upcoming” and “past” for the client to eliminate showing meetings that have already past and used the shortcode on specific pages to allow for the meetings to be removed once the client changed the status or category. This is a current shortcut I have used for this problem.

    This is added in version 3.3.4. However, old created post type meetings needs to be updated once to make this work properly. You can see the documentation https://zoom.codemanas.com/shortcode/ list meeting section!

    this functionality is really great – thanks a lot for adding this.

    However, we got one feedback from our users: as the “upcoming” filter is triggered by the start time, latecomers will not be able to find the entry anymore.

    I’d suggest to apply “upcoming” on starttime + duration or extend the type “upcoming” and “past” by one additional type “upcoming and running”.

    Thanks a lot for the great work – really amazing how this plugin has developed over the last months.
