Display only the lowest price

That is woocommerce default. You would need to use a custom function to change in which case you would need a child theme.

Does this theme have a file named woocommerce>template>single-product>price.php?

Or, in what file can you find “<?php echo $product->get_price_html(); ?>”?

Best would be to add that ^ function into your child themes functions.php file.
