Display only tags in [meta] shortcode

Hi,
A am customizing Post Template Loop. When I add shortcode [meta] I want to get only list of ntags, not a text like “Posted on 6-09-2013 by admin”.
Please help me to customize [meta] shortcode in list of W4 post list.
