Display only once ?

I’ve tested the plugin but I see that the instructions are only displayed once? For example, I remove and put back other items to test the display conditions (35€ in the shopping cart) and the banner only appears the 1st time, then it doesn’t appear anymore. I’ve also tested it in an anonymous window, just in case, but it’s the same thing. Is this a bug or is it normal? Unless there’s a setting to make? thank you
