• Hi

I have started a new WordPress website where every post has Images and text, and in every post I choose a featured image to represent it.

However, when I navigate to my website home, the “last posts” are showed with the featured image, following by the tittle of the post and following by some text of the post.

Here is a print screen of what I’m saying:

    https://postimg.org/image/4zlxrw8yh/

I want these post to appear with only the image and the tittle.
Don’t want the text after the tittle to appear.

I have already gone to Settings->Reading and traded the “Full text” at “For each article in a feed, show” to “Summary”, but nothing changed.

Can someone give me clue on this?

idea 1>edit the code of your theme template(s) to manually remove the display of content that you do not want to show. be sure you are using a child theme before making any changes.

idea 2>if you prefer not to do any coding, you can use a plugin. the plugin i would use to manage this kind of thing is a paid plugin. let me know if you want a recommendation.

idea 3>ask theme author for assistance making change

Can you tell me what plug in you are talking about?

ConductorPlugin.com is what I use to manage the display.
There are a bunch of demos on the plugin’s website to show options available.
You can display post in various configurations with featured image and post title only with no post content showing.
