    If you use the reported code, maybe multibyte quotes are used for shortcodes.

    Please try it:
    [star rating="4.5"] … single-byte quart

    Thank you for your reply. But I tried below everything. Nothing work:
    [star rating=”4.5″]
    [star rating=’4.5′]
    [star rating=4.5]
    [star rating= ‘4.5’]

    Kindly please let me know how to do.
