    Hi,

I have entered the conditions to display an opt in form on the condition that a user clicks on a button on select job pages.

The button currently points to a URL for signup. Unfortunately this link seems to override the popup for opt-ins. Is there a way to only open the link after the form has been completed?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @jwhitney071690,

Having a link/button with a popup trigger will not work I’m afraid because it will always redirect you as soon as you click on it.

What you can try doing is removing the URL from that button so that it opens only the popup.
And then edit your popup and in Behavior tab, under Additional Settings find “External form conversion behavior” and set it to “Redirect to target form URL” so after the form is filled in it will redirect to page set by that form.

    Cheers,
    Predrag

    Thanks for your reply.

That solves most of my issues, except that I have a condition set on the form to no longer display once the user has submitted form.

I’d like the button to still point users to the original URL in that case. Maybe I need to add code for this?

    Hello @jwhitney071690 ,

I’m not sure we are on the same page – so you want redirect after form submission to the page where popup was opened so this would also trigger condition on another form?

I’m afraid your site is not working at the moment so I can’t check how it looks now.

    kind regards,
    Kasia
