    HI there,

we’ve been using the eventbrite add-on to the event calendar for nearly a year now, and it has typically worked very well.

I’m experiencing issues with the display of the ticket element on the page for our most recent event, and it’s having a negative impact on ticket sales.

    The page is here: https://www.soundwomen.co.uk/event/sound-women-future-festival/

Normally, the window where people can buy tickets appears at the bottom of the event page. Unfortunately, for this event, the ticket window appears below the google map – which means it’s not completely visible and people have to scroll across to see all of the available ticket types. It’s a terrible user experience and I know that some people are having difficulty seeing it.

Can someone help me move this back to the bottom of the page asap please?

    Thank you!

    Howdy Sound Women!

That is definitely possible. It will require some theming knowhow to move. But, assuming you have that or someone on staff does, checkout this guide: Themer’s Guide That will walk you through how to modify template files. If you modified the single-events.php file, you can easily move stuff around.

    I hope that helps. Cheers!
