Display of product notes in email

    Hi, Just looking at purchasing this plugin but am wondering how do the product notes display on the email??? I would like to add a Supplier Name and Code on each product, and have it Private, only show in admin and in the Admin email – not on the website or the customers email etc. It’s purely info about the products and ordering etc. for Admin. Can these notes be added individually for variables on variable products? Or would it be one note for that variable product? Either way it would be a solution. Just wondering how it will display cause an order might have 3 products and each would need to contain their unique product notes.

    Hi @webdesignit,

    1. Admin emails – yes, that’s possible. All you need to do is enable the “Admin emails” checkbox in “WooCommerce > Settings > Product Notes > Private Notes > Backend Options”. And these notes will be visible to the admin and shop manager only. Unfortunately, the “admin emails” feature is available only in our Pro version.

    2. Variable products – yes, you can add notes per each variation. There is “Note per variation” checkbox in “WooCommerce > Settings > Product Notes > Private Notes > General Options”. This feature is available in the free plugin version as well.
