Display of Collected Data

I Have just installed this plugin and it works very well. I am surprised that this appears to be the only plugin that provides this facility. For that reason it is disappointing that the developer appears to have abandoned the project.

I picked up one of the comments on the plugin reviews which states

Plugin works as advertised. It was almost exactly what I needed, so I emailed the developer and she helped me make the modifications I needed to make it do exactly what our site needs.

This plugin has a shortcode for displaying the collected data onto the front end of your site. In my searching this is a unique feature that was just what I was looking for.

Does anyone know the shortcode for displaying the collected data. This would be so useful. It’s a shame it isn’t mentioned anywhere in the forum instructions.

Also it would be good if the layout of the fields etc on the front end could be changed in order to give a better looking page display.
