Display number of open tickets for logged in user

Hi Pradeep,

I am trying to integrate your support plus plugin with another system and I would like a way to access/display the number of open tickets for the logged in user – and have that number linking to an open tickets page.

You do something like this on the wp-support-plus-statistics – where it says open tickets: 0 – but I would like to access that number for the current logged in user please?

Is this something that you could create a shortcode for please?
