Display notes just below post text

  • Is it possible to make the plugin display *just* below the text in a post?

    On my site there’s some sharing buttons and a print button before the notes.

    Also, I’m using the Print, PDF & Email by PrintFriendly Plugin. And the notes are not included in the print.
