Display name of custom menu link after page-title

Thanks for this great WordPress Theme!
I have a question: I use in my main navigation custom menu links as subitems, which load a url (such mydomain.de/recherche?persons?id=12345678) into the main content area of the theme. no problem ??

But, is there a possibility to attach the name of the current custom link to the page title? E. G. “Page-title> customlinkname”.
Or more generally asked: is there a possibility or wp-function to read out the current name / label of a custom menu link and display them in the content area.

I know this is not a special question about the Hueman theme. But maybe somebody needs something like this. I am grateful for every hint.
