Display moves erratically on a high res screen

    Hi

    The appointments box on this page jumps about when it’s displayed on a 2341px wide screen using Microsoft edge. It doesn’t seem to happen on smaller screens. This seems to have started at the last update, and it’s the only thing on the site that does this.

    Is it possible to solve it?

    Hi there, that sounds like an odd issue, we will try to reproduce it with a large screen and Microsoft Edge. If you embed the [ssa_booking] shortcode on a standard WP page (instead of in that Divi column where it is now) does the issue still happen?

    Hello @harmlessvikmartin,

    The page you linked to doesn’t work for me – I get a DNS error and can’t access the page at all. Can you double-check to make sure you’ve sent us the correct link?

    I don’t have access to a monitor quite large enough at the moment, but I did try testing Edge 18 on Windows 10 at 1920 pixels wide with a test site, and didn’t see any erratic jumping of anything on the appointments box on the page. If you’re still seeing this issue please let us know. If we can get a correct link to the page, we can take a look and see what might be going wrong.

    Thanks both for replying and apologies for disappearing.
    I’m due to go and see the person who told me about this and look on their big screen. If it’s still a problem I will post the link, and also the link to the test page I made.
