Yes, it is possible. You can use the shortcode as many times as you want. However, using the shortcode multiple times could result in duplication of images if the same random image is selected in each case (the plugin doesn’t handle this out of the box).

There is a workaround, which may or may not work for your use case, but you can use the exclude property to ensure that each shortcode pulls from a mutually exclusive set of images.
