Display message to non-logged in users

    I am using the code as a list where each client can login and see only their link. It works great!! Here is what I have

    [O_U user_name="user1"]User1 link goes here[/O_U]
[O_U user_name="user2"]User2 link goes here[/O_U]

    I would like to put a message at the top of the page telling users to log in if they are not currently logged in. How do I do that?
