Display media info – date uploaded?

I am working on a private web page for my employer, a list of documents for investor research. They want each document to show its uploaded date so visitors will know how recent documents are.

I want to use the image uploader so other people besides me can manage this page and add files.

Is there a way that I can code or display the uploaded date automatically so all they have to do is upload the file and link to it?

I am a php beginner, can hack WP files and use scripts but am not a programmer.
