Display label with shortcode

Hi.

I created a product carousel with elementor pro “Loop carousel”. I would like to know if I can somehow display the labels in this carousel too. Maybe can I use a shortcode? Or maybe is there a way to set up an image to be recognized as woocommerce thumbnal, so the label displays?
