I use your plugin to process payments. However, when users see the page on a phone, the payment form has issues. I use a slightly large font with older users in mind. But on a narrow screen, the credit card number, expiration date, and the CVC field overlap. So the user has a hard time typing the number in. Instead, it would be great if the fields appear one below the other on narrow screens like a phone, probably because I use a larger font size. Can you please help me fix this issue? It is probably some custom CSS, but I am unable to work out what it should be.

    Hi @mvenkadesan,

What you’re describing is a limitation of the Stripe inline form. It doesn’t do well on small screens and that’s why we offer the custom forms. The inline form isn’t as customizable since it’s a pre-designed card form from Stripe.

I recommend you switch to the bootstrap form as it adjusts based on screen-size and your customers won’t have any issues filling out fields on a small device.

    Kind Regards,

Fantastic! Thank you. All of the custom forms adjusted nicely. For now, I have picked the bootstrap form that looks nice.
