    There is never-ending issues with this plugin…It never just works and I’m getting frustrated
    Today the issues are the settings pages load blank white screens and the visuals are all messed up. Looks like the CSS isn’t loading. It works fine for me at home, as I have a cache already downloaded but not for new customers. Mobile works fine.

    The second issue is the settings pages are white screens… again.

    I have the latest version, it’s activated.
    To update (which I have to do with ONLY your plugin btw) I completely removed the plugin using FTP. Cleared every cache you can think of. Uploaded the plugin and activated it. everything seemed fine… but I was wrong, again…

    To trouble shoot, i’ve excluded the book pages cache, deleted and recreated the page. done a plugin check one by one. can’t seem to find the error there either

    Usually these things happen due to the conflict with some other plugin, but we can only assume this because we didn’t investigated the problem on your side. Can you please open the ticket on our support platform here https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ so we can investigate this and provide help.

    As for the WordPress version, we have tested the plugin with latest 5.3 version and we didn’t experience any issue so we would need to investigate this on your side.

    I have the same issue as soon as I updated WordPress to the newest version.

    I can’t, whenever i try to load the product via envato it just reloads the page again. I think i have to purchase support. to be honest, if i have to purchase more support i’d probably just purchase another plugin. I like your’s, it does what I need. But it just doesn’t work so much of the time, there is never zero issues, I just live with them until this one as it prevents people from booking.

    Hi,

    We have tested the plugin with WordPress 5.3 version and everything is working, the issue caused another plugin when it tried to minify our CSS code. So probably there are some themes and plugins that also have conflict with ours but we can easily fix it as soon as you contact us.
