I would really appreciate some support on this before I have to switch to another calendar plug-in.

I have created a test event on June 22 which is visible on the calendar.

However, when that link is clicked, no details of venue or time come up on the page:

Hi Andrew,

This looks like a conflict with your WP theme, have you tried to activate a different theme?

I haven’t tried another theme but I am successfully using it on two other sites which have the same theme:

https://www.newbrightonprimary.co.uk/calendar/

https://www.andrewgreenhalgh.co.uk/calendar/

The site I am having trouble with, https://blackhorsehill.andrewgreenhalgh.co.uk/calendar/, is a subdomain of https://www.andrewgreenhalgh.co.uk. Could that be the problem?

It’s hard to know without checking the theme files, please try to create a template for the event page, might help: https://time.ly/document/user-guide/customize-calendar/edit-event-post-template/
