    Hello,

I have a serious display issue when trying to add a product. The media-sidebar is not displaying correctly(instead of appearing on the right side it appears above the media gallery).

I have tried disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce, changing themes, and PHP versions, but the problem persists.

Do you have any suggestions to resolve this issue? Thank you very much in advance.

    Hi @slauper

Often, these types of issues could be related to the web browser you’re using. A good first step to troubleshooting this would be to try clearing your browser’s cache. This can often help in resolving general site loading or performance issues. You can follow our detailed guide on clearing browser cache here: https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

Additionally, I will mark this thread as resolved since our Happiness Engineers would best handle your concern there. Should you have further inquiries, kindly create a new topic here.

    Thanks!
