Display Issue: “Read the Getting Started guide” pop up

I love this plugin. It has provided me with exactly the features/benefits I needed for this website. A recent issue has occurred and I am unable to resolve it. Therefore, I am asking for your help.

There is a box that appears at the top of every page of my products while logged in as an Admin. The message says:

“Thank you for choosing Order Form to provide an efficient, optimized ordering experience for you <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>wholeale (spelling error)</span> customers. We know they’re going to love it!

The plugin has already created an order form page which you’ll find under the Pages menu. We highly recommend reading the getting started guide to help you get up to speed on customizing order form experience.

While there is an “X” in the upper right corner of the box to close it, and this does work, however, once I go to another page the box appears again. I have done some research online and have not found a fix for this. Could you look at the screen shots attached and see how it appears, then I click the “X” within the box, and then refresh the page which brings the box back?
