• Hi there, i wanna report a bug using the customer sync feature.

    When the popup appear i can select a list in order to sync my WooCommerce customers data on the SendInBlue list. All lists appears, the problem : they never desapear lol

    That’s cool, i see all my lists. But i’ve select the only list à need, now i want to hidde lists because i don’t see the bottom informations (attributs). And… i can’t ! The list of the lists appear and never disapear lol

    I’m trying by clicking on the blank, press ESCAP… but all times that close completly the popup. And if i clic again on the popup, all lists still appear lol

    Please may you let me know which browser you are using? We recommend Chrome or Firefox for the best experience.

    I was unable to replicate the error when testing.

    Hi Sarah, i’m using the last version of Google Chrome.

    I’ve replicate this issue on my developpement website, i can give u credentials if you want.

    To be sure, i’m talking about the Customer Sync feature on WooCommerce > Settings > SendinBlue.

    I take this ticket to inform you that my debug file is flood by an PHP Notice :
    PHP Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-sendinblue-newsletter-subscription/woocommerce-sendinblue.php on line 419

    This message appear A LOT of times. That’s probably an other “issue”.

    Hi there, i’ve completly remove the plugin and install it again.

    I’ve log out and login.

    Issue still here.

    So i decide to disable all other plugins (except WooCommerce) and switch theme from Salient to Storefront and surprise :

    That’s working, so this is definitly a compatibility issue with one of these two Salient plugins :
    -Salient Core – Version 1.8.3
    -Salient WPBakery Page Builder – Version 6.6.0

    Hi there, no my issue is not resolve, this is a conflict between your plugin and Salient theme.

    Maybe need to be fixed
