Dear Support Team,

I am reaching out to report a problem I’ve encountered with the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin. I have designed separate headers for desktop and mobile views, ensuring that the desktop header is hidden on mobile devices and vice versa.

The issue occurs when initially loading any page on my website. For a brief moment, the header appears to be misaligned or “broken” and does not display correctly. However, after a second or so, the page corrects itself and the proper header for the respective device is displayed as intended.

This glitch happens every time a page is loaded. Please note that I am not using any caching plugins

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue so that the header is displayed correctly from the moment the page starts loading? I would appreciate any guidance or solutions you can provide.

I just managed to solve a similar problem.

In my case, the Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin were incompatible with each other, so I changed the Elementor version to an older one, 3.19, maybe 3.19.4, but I don’t remember, and everything started working again.

So, you have fixed the issue by rolling back Elementor to v3.19.4, as suggested by @rafal7586 above?
