Can you please paste your sites System Status Report here? You can find it by going to “WooCommerce → Status” in your site’s WP-Admin.

Click on “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here between code tags.

That’ll help give a quick overview of what’s going on under the hood as well as a link to your site so we can take a quick look at this behaviour first hand.

Hi @florian16

This issue is likely caused by a theme or plugin conflict, or because the Stripe extension has not been properly configured. Could you follow the steps shown in the below documentation including the two keys from Stripe have been properly added?
