Display info from uploaded pdf (incl. thumbnail, title, description, & date)

  • Hi, I’m looking for a plug-in for displaying the info of uploaded pdf/doc files into a post. It would be nice to automatically include the following:
    – Title (including a link to the pdf/doc)
    – Description
    – Date posted
    – Thumbnail

    I’ve made an example in Photoshop of what I’m looking to display: https://www.magma.ca/~rbr/example.gif

    Does a plugin that helps me display that info exist?
