    Hello there!

    I added an extra field on the “Additional Fields” where I want the customer to make a choice between two options. It shows on the checkout but not on the mails though I activated it. What am I doing wrong?

    Can you please verify the following?

    1. Check whether the email template is overridden on your website or not?
    2. Switch the theme to Storefront and verify whether the issue is getting resolved or not?
    3. Are you using any email customizer plugin on your website?
