Display image instead of video background on tablet

  • I have the same problem, when i uso my mobile to see it, only shows a white screen. Do you found any solution yet?

    Hi,
    If you are using Master Slider Pro, ask your question in this site please.

    The problem belongs to devices that use internal media player for playing background videos.

    As you should know, master slider forum needs purchase code. But i didn’t get one for master slider. The purchase code from Oshine Theme is not accepted there. So what to do? You should have an agreement with master slider, so that your customer could use master slider support. Or you should give support for it. Bad support from you!
