Display future date on published post

Hello! I need a way to retain my ability to schedule a post but have that post display a date in the future (that is different from the schedule time).

It will always be one day in the future and it will always be a specific category. I’ve tried a couple of plugins and all they do is disable the schedule button and utilize the date selection allowing you to publish with a future date but then you lose your ability to still set a schedule date.
