Just checked your site with a mobile device, the slider text is looking fine.

Thanks because I changed the text, but the image is still not displaying fully, is there no way to display the full image?

Yes, its possible, but then your content wont be visible. Try adding this to your Custom CSS and you will understand:

@media screen and (max-width: 480px){
#stat_img { min-height: initial!important;background-size: 100%!important; background-color: #333!important;}
}
