Display Full Name instead of username?

    It uses “Display name publicly as” field name of user to display in ticket list and thread.

    If we use a Membership plugin(like MemberPress) where we hide WordPress dashboard and have set “use email as username at registration” the “Display name publicly as” is the email too, so is more logic to use the WordPress field “full_name” than Display name publicly as.
