Display full calendar for current year only?

Unfortunately the calendars can’t be restricted, they allow the user to go as far forward/backward as they like.

As a workaround, you could tag each of your events with a year, and then display a calendar for only that tag. The user could still navigate through 2018, but they wouldn’t see any events.

Stephen, sorry, but “tag” is not an attribute I can use with [eo_fullcalendar] shortcode is it? I don’t see it here https://docs.wp-event-organiser.com/shortcodes/calendar/, and it doesn’t seem to be working on the site here: https://cambridgeinsight.org/calendar/

I also tried event_tag as attribute, based on a support thread here, but still no luck. Thanks for your help.

oh wait, it is working! the events I can see in 2018 all began in 2017, so that’s why they are showing up.. thanks so much!
