Display excerpts in latest from blog section

Hello,

I’ve searched the Bayleaf section on this forum, but couldn’t find an answer.

In the latest from blog widget you have a few options to display the posts. In my opinion there’s one missing: I would like to show an excerpt. ??

Is there a way to do this or are you planning on an extra option in the widget?
